The Frankston Bobcats Basketball Club operate as a not-for-profit community organization. It is important for members to understand that there are terms surrounding their purchases and the circumstances that govern returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Membership Registration Fees:

We offer a full refund in the following circumstances:

1. In the absence of an available team, competition, or program.

2. In case of duplicate registration payments.

3. Change of mind before the registration closing date for the selected program or season.

A credit or partial refund will be considered in the following circumstances:

1. In other situations, considered on an individual basis, upon written application to the club.

We do not provide refunds under the following conditions:

1. Disputes with the club related to policies, values, or principles.

Uniforms & Merchandise:

Playing Uniforms:

Our playing uniforms consist of customized singlets and shorts tailored to each member's size and preferences. Parents play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate sizing and details on the order form to guarantee the best fit.

New uniforms and merchandis can be purchased via our supplier Impact Sports here. All purchases are subject to the Impact Sports T&C’s which can be found here. Uniforms can be sold and purchased secondhand and the club provides a conduit for these transactions here.
